Feel like you don’t have enough time?

It’s a lie you are telling yourself when you don’t have enough time! The last time I checked, we all had the same amount of time in the day.

Maybe, just maybe you are not using it efficiently enough.

Approaching the world from a normal viewpoint is a surefire way to the road to nowhere.

Let me be clear here: If you are happy with all you are and all you can be, then this is not for you.

If you think that working towards a better version of you is to hard to come by, than it WILL BE.
If you already ASSUME that changing your habits is impossible, than it is impossible.
Are you just waiting to tell a friend, “I TOLD YOU SO” – why not just tell them now?

 

The point is, you have already made up you mind – because this is what you expect.

 

It is time to change these expectations.

 

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BELIEVE?

Do you expect to get into those jeans you always have?
If you do, you will.

 

Do you expect to manage your week, so you can be efficient as $#@@ all week no matter what you are doing. Than you will.

 

Do you expect to be kind, STRONG and a go getter? Than you will.

 

Do you expect to wake up in the morning ready to RULE the world and make a difference. Than you will.

 

Listen, it does not matter if you are in the fitness business, financial business, a fireman, a nurse etc – EVERY MOMENT of our lives we have the ability to change someones life for the good.

 

Heres the thing, NORMAL everyday rules don’t apply to the top 1%. Lets face it, Normal is actually not normal.

 

WHAT ABOUT MAKING YOUR OWN NORMAL???

 

SAY THE WORDS – “I AM THE NEW NORMAL”

You always get what you expect.
You are always on top of your game.
Your STANDARD is the new standard.
You will not deviate from this new normal.
You live and breathe the new normal.

You BELIEVE this new normal.
You teach others this new normal.

Go through this exercise:

I am…..

I am boundless parts energy
I am all about appreciating
I am smart
I am successful in my job
I am a husband
I am a doer.
I am fit
I am happy.

Even if parts of your “I AM” statements are not true, telling yourself DAILY will make you believe and drive you to this new side of normal.

READ THAT AGAIN – “TELL YOURSELF DAILY”.

WRITE IT DOWN

Stop overthinking it – these things are easy. Positive – Energy – Driven – Happy – Lives are possible.

Its not HARD, because you BELIEVE it is easy.
EVERYONE has more to give. Start believing in a new NORMAL and Reset the old.
